For nearly twenty-five years, I have dedicated to the design of HEAL (Human Experience Augmenting Language) and the development of the HEAL ecosystem. I contribute to healing humanity's wounds by stimulating the use of HEAL’s transparent language. Widespread adoption will cultivate global dialogue, equipping communities with essential knowledge for transformation and growth. Angelo represents Stargue in the HEAL ecosystem, where he guides inner awareness and communication as foundational to Organizational Architecture (OA)—a comprehensive model for organizational resilience that aligns strategy, culture, structure, and communication, fostering agile, globally competitive entities. His decades of educational innovation and deep root-cause analysis have produced long-lasting solutions, and he continues this research at Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional.
