IN THIS SESSION

Referencing Wholeness for Social Coherence.

We constantly interact with our environment, exchanging energy and information to maintain balance through complex interdependencies. These interactions occur through mechanical, biochemical, neurological, electromagnetic, and psychological processes within our bodies, all connected with the natural world.

As we explored in earlier sessions, our language use records our experiences and influences how we interact socially. Consequently, our internal blind spots disconnect us from ourselves and the world. HEAL helps us uncover how this happens at different levels and contexts, including in cognitive, affective, physiological, and social dimensions.

This understanding enhances our personal growth and conversations, deepening our connection with life. We will learn to reference the wholeness within ourselves by witnessing and holding space for and with others in dialogue to transform how we experience and engage with life.

Story: The Paradox of Meaningful Inaction

Experience:

  • In this session, we will use the same HEAL-based dialogic process and consciously hold space for and with other group members to evolve the group toward greater coherence.
